ARGGHHHHHH!!!!

I just finished a post that has slowly come together - highlighted it to change the font and colors, etc - somehow I deleted it with the flick of a finger. I am beyond frustrated right now - will try to come back later and re-write. Am I the only one something so stupid has happened to?????
