Miracles Still Happen!

Thank you all for your prayers about my missing diamond. Yesterday while the littles and I were out running errands, I gave them little baggies with snackies - including a few Valentine M&M's. Today, when I went to put Katie in her car seat, I saw a few spare candies that had gathered in the back of her seat. I saw this little grayish/silvery looking thing there in the middle - momentarily I thought it was a little stone. Well, it was. But a very valuable little stone! My little stone! Katie has been sitting on a diamond for 5 days!!

Thank you, Lord, and thank you, friends! (See previous post if you don't have a clue what I'm talking about)!

Miracle of miracles!!!! I kept saying over and over for the last few days, "Tony, Tony, look around....somethings lost and MUST be found." He has been sooooo good to me throughout the years. I am thrilled for you. Now...to find my ring!

Hallelujah Dawn! Praise God for His goodness!

Needled Mom - you must be a Catholic...I remember that little poem to St. Anthony.

LOL! Dawn, what a joy to find your diamond and a unique place for it to be hiding. Who says God doesn't have a sense of humor?

PS....I just now went out and did some research and troubleshooting for Google Reader, and after reading the steps to take on it...I, from the subscriber and Google's instructions, I think maybe you're going to show up for me now. I haven't rebooted Blogger and my Dashboard yet, but you ARE showing up now after I did what they told me to do about refreshing your blog since it wasn't showing during your 'private' settings....now maybe!!!

It's great that you found your diamond. Isn't that something? How these things work out? Miracles, indeed.

So glad that you found your stone!!!!!!! What a thrill to see it there! I just found my camera battery charger but it was after I spent $58.00 to buy a new one! :o(
So now I have two so should be all set for a while! ha!

Have been busy getting our inventory done at the lake house. Finished it today plus took back up pictures to keep on file. Monday they will start throwing things in the dumpster. It sure is a mess but at least the first floor hadn't fallen into the basement, only the ceiling. It is buckling so probably would have soon. It's been really warm here so know that Kev has had some good temps if he is outside!!

I'm so glad I chose tonight to check your blog, and so happy about your finding that diamond.
Loved how you described it. Love even more, how God takes care of little things in our lives.

So happy you found your diamond. I know how distressing it is to lose something with such sentimental value. I lost the diamond from my wedding ring several years ago...not only was it my wedding ring, but the diamond was passed down to me from my grandmother. It felt like I had lost a little part of me. Not important in the big picture, but sad just the same. I LOVE where you found it...perfect!
