Neat photos. I have heard that around here sneakers hung across the electric line means there's a drug dealer in the area. Does that apply in Colorado, too, or is it just an urban legend?
I love it and needed a good laugh today. One of my favorite days to stop by your blog is "Wordless Wednesday" because you always have the best shots! I think the owner didn't mean for this to happen and learned a huge lesson about throwing objects in the air. My son loved to throw things in the air and this could have easily happened to him years ago as he waited for a ride home from swim practice.
LOL. I could take this exact same picture right at the end of my street, Dawn. And the shoes have been hanging there for at least the three years we've lived here.

HA! That is cute!
Sometimes it means that some kid wanted new shoes but his parents wouldn't buy them as long as he could wear the old ones---now he cant :)
Peace

Makes you want to say "why?" doesn't it?
Thanks, Dawn. I have just always wondered.
Around here it means one kid dared another to see if he could do it. ;D
Love and hugs,
Diane
I wonder who got in trouble when they got home?
I've seen several of these around our neighborhood this past week, too!
Now Dawn, did you have to throw your shoes up there??? hehe Not something I've ever seen around here!! xox
Well that's a way to get new shoes, isn't it! Neat photo! Happy WW :)
Do you think whoever did that got them up on the first try? Too funny!
