Mostly Wordless Wednesday

Springtime in the Rockies

Bike riding the day before --

8 Hours Later --

Almost Gone ---

Just enough left for a little snowman --

LADYBUG HAS BEEN FOUND! Rejoice in answered prayer. There will be much to deal with, but she is safe and Cynthia will be reunited with her today. Thank you so much for praying and for spreading the word through your blogs. God has heard our many prayers. Last news, they are looking for the kidnapper. That is all she knows right now. Keep checking for updates from Cynthia. What a mighty God we serve.

I loved those pictures! I don't know what it's like to live where snow comes to visit.

I couldn't believe how fast it melted! I suppose it depends on how much it snows.

Very interesting.

Can I come over to visit tomorrow?
(Wouldn't that be fun!) I would love to visit my nieces and come and see you.

Things are so tight for us financially. I must be patient.

I love the pictures, and that snow is the best kind - falls quickly, looks pretty, and is gone just as quickly as it came.

I'm glad you got all your kitchen issues fixed, and God bless your parents for helping. I'm sure they enjoyed being helpful and needed.

Since you've got a good record with your insurance company maybe they won't raise your rates too awful much.

Have a good Wednesday, Dawn. :-)

Love and hugs,

Diane

Wow Dawn you have been one busy girl since I have been gone! Amazing what a week can bring to us. So glad you weren't hurt in your fender bender. Those things can happen so fast. I had a few close calls this past week trying to drive in all the traffic in Florida that I am not used to!Yikes, I was glad to get home to my quiet little town! That is a riot that you found the gum wrapper directions. I think I will try to make one but I don't chew gum either so will have to find a supplier of wrappers! lol! Actually I just need one and then I can cut out some from my scrapbooking papers and teach T how to make them, she would get right into that. So glad they found Cynthia's daughter. What a nightmare!! All those prayers bore fruit didn't they? The twins are growing and changing so much, they are just adorable! Glad you got your pipe problems fixed. My Dad does all of our handyman work too. He can fix anything. I always have a list ready for him when they get home from Florida. I broke a towel holder in my bathroom this morning so that will be first on my list this year!

I just did a little catching up over here, Dawn.

I'm so relieved for Cynthia, even if she has a lot to deal with right now. At least her daughter is found and safe.

I'm sure you felt awful when you hit that girl, but thank goodness it wasn't worse.

The twins are getting big! Cute, cute.

I can't believe you're still getting snow like that there. Well, I've lived in Colorado forever, so I guess I really can believe it, but this is one of the reasons I'm awfully glad we moved out here to dessert country. :-)

Ohhh shivering just looking at all that! I'm so so ready for some warmer days. Looks like it's not going to be a good one Easter Sunday here, though, drats! Happy WW

Rejoicing with Ladybug's family. What a terrible ordeal.

Your snow is lovely. And quick, eh?

Oh my - hard to see the white stuff again now that ours is finally gone. I hope it melts quickly! :)

Brrrrrr, I remember living in the snow. But we had about 3 feet most of the winter, with the thaws, freezes and more snow. About this time of the year I was shoveling snow just to see the ground, I did get cabin fever.
So glad to hear about Ladybugs return.
God is good!

Wow, Dawn...I think I've missed a lot here! I was scrolling down and trying to catch up just a bit...
How sweet of your parents to come over and help, in spite of their age! And to be happily married for over 60 years- they sound like wonderful people!
I'm sorry to hear about all of the not so good stuff...but good to know that God blessed you in it all!

I don't know the blogger you mentioned, but what great news to have her daughter back!

Come stop by if you can...I'm in-between blogging breaks! :)

Good Afternoon Dawn,
I am trying to catch up with everyone this afternoon. I got back online on Monday, but I just have been too tired to post and visit. I did do a post very early this morning. The girls are out of School this week for Spring Break, so my regular schedule has been shot to pieces. LOL. It's gonna be rough come Monday morning. The Snow is so beautiful. It looks like I can even see some glitter in it in the first picture. "PRAISE GOD" for Laybug being found. I know Cynthia is so happy and relieved. I have already been by to visit her but I will keep checking in to see how she is doing. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Dawn,Thank God the Ladybug was found and hopefully not harmed. That is truely an Easter Blessing indeed. I hate kidnappers, they really dugme no end.I had to deal with a couple when I was a corrections officer, and it was all I could do to be civil to them as the dictates of my job demanded.Of course ther is one more type of criminal that I have no likeing at all and the is the lowlifew that harms children.
Now that I got that out of my system,I truely enjoyed the photos. They remind me of how it would snow in Sacramento Ca, here one minuite gone the next.
