EMMA AND KATE ARE COMING!

Imminently. Sunday. Sunday's children. Both of my kids were born on Sunday. Care Bear was born on Saturday and Feisty on Monday. As the old nursery rhyme goes (brought back to my memory by Linds yesterday), "Sunday's child is full of grace." I pray this is true for both Emma Faith and Katherine Hope.

Feisty has always said Emma is her baby and Kate is Care Bear's. She has named every stuffed animal and doll in her large supply of toys with the name Emma. She is anxious to be Mommy's helper. She will be a wonderful one. It will be interesting to see the dynamics ahead. Care Bear has been a bit on edge - she is very perceptive and I believe she knows that her life is about to change drastically.

It has been a difficult pregnancy. It has been an extremely difficult two weeks. It is a bit frightening to come to the end and finally know for certain that these two precious babies are okay. It is also terrifically daunting.

I know you will all continue to pray for Kristen and her family, and for the two little additions who will soon be here.

Thank you!

(There were so many typos in my first comment, I had to start over. I need another cup of coffee. LOL)

Because Kristen and my Krissy had almost the same due date, the differences in their pregnancies have really stood out to me. I hate that this has all been so scary and difficult for Kristen, but I'm thrilled for her, and for you, that it all turned into the anticipation of two healthy baby girls.

I look at little Cameron and try to imagine him as a big brother, so I understand how the dynamics with Kristen's girls are going to change. But it's all good.

Can't wait to meet Emma and Kate. I love the names she chose for them, especially the middle names.

Hang in there, Grandma. This long journey is almost over!

What precious names Dawn. You know I will be praying fervently for all of you. You are so wise to give extra attention to the two little girls whose lives are going to change dramatically. I pray grace, strength, wisdom and healthy strong baby girls.
I believe you may need a bit of bed rest when all of this is over.
Take care dear friend.

Twins are twice the work, but twice the joy! As I told Kristen, I'm praying for a healthy delivery for Mom and babies with no complications and a quick recovery for Mom.

I'm looking forward to the pictures, Dawn. Prayers going up now and I'll add y'all to our prayer list in Sunday School on Sunday morning. We're several hours ahead of you so hopefully our prayers will be going up even before the surgery begins.

Love, hugs and best wishes,

Diane

Your sweet little grandbabies will be in my prayers along with your daughter. I am sure everything is going to be okay - but things like this sure keep us on our knees!
My own daughter who is pregnant was in the ER early this morning with severe chest pains. Everything tested okay - but I'm still worried.

Good Evening Dawn,
Oh my, I know you are so excited and also a bit on edge as well. Prayers are going up everywhere here in blogland for Kristen and the Babies as well as for you and your Family. I do hope you have a camera all ready. I can't wait to see some pictures. I am just so excited myself. LOL. It just reminds me of when mine were born. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours. I love the names Kristen has chosed for the Babies.

Hugs,
