Kona Adventure - Part 7

It has been four weeks today since we came home from Hawaii. The adventure has been of an entirely different sort since we landed at home. I might call it the Twin Trauma. God has been good.

Many of you expressed hope that I was getting some rest this week-end. I have spent much of my time here in my recliner, dozing. It has felt good. I have not made it up to the hospital, but will definitely be taking some pictures tomorrow around noon, when I get off work. I will also most likely be bringing files home to figure grade point averages for the MSW hopefuls.

I decided it was time to go back to Hawaii in my mind - a bit of vacation. There are so many more things I want to share with you, but decided today to just show you some of my favorite shots of flora and fauna.

Good pictures again, Dawn. I love plants and flowers though I'm not able to garden anymore.

Glad you were able to get some rest. And as you know, I like to eat out occasionally as much as the next person. I like to cook, but Wendy's is good too, especially if you're TARD. ;o)

I'm looking forward to new pics of the girls and seeing how much they've filled out since your last pictures.

Have a great new week!

Love and hugs,

Diane

I love seeing the Mountain Top with the Snow on top of it. "THANK YOU" for sharing your photo's with us. The Rainbow is beautiful as well. Such a beauty from GOD. I'm glad you was able to get some rest this weekend. I look forward to seeing pictures of Emma & Kate. I do hope Kristen is healing and getting around a little better now. It will take a while for her. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

It's nice to see such beautiful flowers since we won't be seeing any here for awhile!

I'm glad to hear that Kate and Emma have moved up to level 2 and they are doing well. :-)

Great pictures. A year ago today we had been in Hawaii 3 days and enjoying every minute, (on the big - Knoa coast resort- sland). I even have some pictures of the same places. It brings back memories.
Have a great day.
God bless you and your families and those tiny babies.

I look out my windows right now and see a snowstorm. I think I'll make your pics into a screensaver and keep it going all day so I can look at THAT instead!

I'm glad you got some rest. The monkey pod tree is very interesting looking. I liked the colorful flowers. That's what I need to do is take a vacation in my mind.

I have a Norfolk Island pine. It's about eight inches tall and I was feeling quite proud of myself that I've kept it alive since Krissy gave it to me a year ago.

It's almost shocking to see them growing like that, outdoors, and so big!
