Many of you expressed hope that I was getting some rest this week-end. I have spent much of my time here in my recliner, dozing. It has felt good. I have not made it up to the hospital, but will definitely be taking some pictures tomorrow around noon, when I get off work. I will also most likely be bringing files home to figure grade point averages for the MSW hopefuls.
I decided it was time to go back to Hawaii in my mind - a bit of vacation. There are so many more things I want to share with you, but decided today to just show you some of my favorite shots of flora and fauna.

Glad you were able to get some rest. And as you know, I like to eat out occasionally as much as the next person. I like to cook, but Wendy's is good too, especially if you're TARD. ;o)

Oh, what some beautiful pictures you have. I love the Norfolk Pine as well. I have a thing for any kind of Pine Tree. All of the Flowers are beautiful as well. I love seeing the Mountain Top with the Snow on top of it. "THANK YOU" for sharing your photo's with us. The Rainbow is beautiful as well. Such a beauty from GOD. I'm glad you was able to get some rest this weekend. I look forward to seeing pictures of Emma & Kate. I do hope Kristen is healing and getting around a little better now. Great pictures. A year ago today we had been in Hawaii 3 days and enjoying every minute, (on the big - Knoa coast resort- sland). I even have some pictures of the same places. It brings back memories.

I'm glad you got some rest. The monkey pod tree is very interesting looking. I liked the colorful flowers. That's what I need to do is take a vacation in my mind.
I have a Norfolk Island pine. It's about eight inches tall and I was feeling quite proud of myself that I've kept it alive since Krissy gave it to me a year ago.
It's almost shocking to see them growing like that, outdoors, and so big!
